1. Right of withdrawal (EU customers)
According to EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you receive the goods.

3. Condition of items
- Returned products must be unused and in their original condition.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for return (unless faulty).
4. Costs of return shipping
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs paid at the time of the order are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
- We will refund the purchase price within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.
- Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
6. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
7. Faulty or damaged items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately (within 3 days of delivery) with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
