- All products are handmade leather goods.
- Each item may have slight variations in color, texture, or finish due to the handmade nature of the products.
- Product photos are for illustration purposes; minor differences are possible.
3. Orders
- By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide (name, address, e-mail, etc.) is accurate.
- Once your order is placed and paid, you will receive an e-mail confirmation.
4. Prices & payment
- All prices are final and include delivery costs (free shipping).
- Currently, we accept payments only via PayPal.
- Payment must be completed before the order is processed and shipped.
5. Delivery
- Orders are shipped from Poland.
- Delivery time: Poland – 1–3 business days, EU countries – 3–7 business days.
- A tracking number will be provided after shipment.
6. Returns & refunds
- Customers in the EU have the right to return goods within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.
- Products must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
- Refunds are issued via the same method of payment (PayPal).

7. Liability
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or factors beyond our control.
- We are not liable for damages resulting from improper use or care of products.
